Who
can claim VAT RELIEF on purchases?
Individuals:
If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products are for
your personal use. A person is classed
as 'chronically sick or disabled' if they:

Have a physical or
mental impairment that has a long-term and severe effect on their ability to
carry out everyday activities

Have
a condition that doctors treat as a chronic sickness (like diabetes, for
example) or

Are
terminally ill
Charities:
Where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled
person for their personal or domestic use.
Which products are
eligible for VAT relief?
If you are eligible you can buy most of the
products we supply without having to pay VAT.

products that are zero-rated for VAT are:
